How We Work

Structure Without Rigidity.

We start by building a clear understanding of your goals and constraints. This results in a proposal with a defined scope and fixed price. From there, we deliver in short cycles with visible increments in a test environment, so decisions happen early and risks stay small.

Understanding requirements: Before we build, we clarify the problem. In close alignment with you, we capture processes, goals, and technical constraints. The result is a shared understanding as the foundation for scope and fixed price.
Architecture & Specification: We translate your requirements into system architecture, data models, and interfaces. Early on, we clarify what we need from you, such as designs, access credentials, data sources, and existing documentation. This creates a solid technical blueprint before implementation starts.
Development & Feedback: We develop in short cycles and regularly deliver working increments. In a test environment, you can track progress and give feedback early. If requirements change, we discuss the impact on scope and timeline right away.
Quality Assurance: Quality is continuous: automated tests, reviews, and clear acceptance criteria. Before key milestones, we validate edge cases and integrations. Before go-live, we run a documented acceptance with you.
Releases & Rollout: When possible, we release incrementally rather than as a single large launch. This lets you see impact earlier while keeping changes controlled. We stay close during the stabilization phase and remain directly reachable.
Operations & Evolution: If you want, we take over operations including infrastructure: monitoring, security updates, and backups are covered. You do not need to operate infrastructure yourself or ramp up on tooling. New requirements are delivered by us as a long-term partner, without re-onboarding.

K-Recruiting – Corporate Website with System Integration

Corporate website for a specialized recruiting firm (pharma & biotech) serving three markets (DE, CH, US) in two languages each. Editorial content is managed in Storyblok. Profiles, projects, and internal job postings are sourced from Personio and Microsoft Dynamics. An automation pipeline regularly syncs changes into the CMS and publishes them based on a rule set. Across markets and languages, this results in 2,000+ dynamically generated pages, including search, filtering, and CRM-connected contact forms.

High-Performance UICloud-Native Backends

XL2 – Corporate Website for the Audi & Capgemini Joint Venture

Corporate website for XL2, the digitalization joint venture of Audi and Capgemini. A highlight is an interactive, perspective 3D experience (Three.js) visualizing stages of the vehicle production cycle and XL2's services. The CMS enables the marketing team to create landing pages as well as dynamic registration and form flows, including branching logic. Submitted data and export functionality are processed via a custom-built AWS backend.

Background

Georg and Max have worked together in various roles since 2010. Georg is a trained industrial management professional and leads business and strategy. Max studied computer science and leads technology and delivery as an IT consultant and software architect. In 2017, we founded LinkedLines because we wanted to approach software projects differently: not just implement what's in the brief, but understand what problem actually needs solving.

We invest time in understanding your domain, ask questions, and form our own perspective. Only then do we propose solutions. That approach has taken us from mid-sized companies to projects for BMW, Bayer, and other large enterprises. The result is usually long-term partnerships rather than transactional vendor relationships.

LinkedLines is a team of full-time engineers and specialized freelancers. Remote-first, based in Munich, flexible in setup, reliable in execution.
